They are accessible, engaging, and responsive. They establish clear visions and encourage results. They often develop and promote from within. They hold high expectations and are supportive in reaching results.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I believe I am under-used... not necessarily undervalued. My compensation has NOT kept with inflation or industry standards (even considering total rewards) and it is edging toward difficult not seeking other opportunities.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Salary has not kept pace with cost of living OR inflation. Cash is king. Inflation in the last 1.5 years has made many "total rewards" offering less a priority. Many total rewards are not preferred over salary increases. Existential total rewards does not translate as a priority
