Seeing the company protect the environment while also supporting the completion of projects. Also seeing the employees being taken care of when needed.

The benefits are great and SWCA offers unique benefits that align with my personal goals such as the pet insurance, ESOP and different insurances.

My manager and team are great, so I look forward to working with them. My work life balance is also great, so I get to enjoy plenty of personal time.

The leadership team continuously updates everyone through email or meetings. I never have to guess how our company is doing. They seem genuinely interested in the success in the company and its employees.
