Everyone is easy to get along with and we're all willing to pitch in to help each other out when needed.

Everyone has each other's backs and contribute different skillsets to the team. We are all very encouraging and supportive of each other.

Again, that we are very supportive of each other and that leadership is also supportive of individuals and teams. There's a vested interest in all of us.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always looking for ways to improve what we do. I also appreciate how they keep the company apprised of what is happening through weekly leadership communication. And, our leadership is easy to reach out to.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People here genuinely care about each other. Our Gives Back program is a good example. When someone is in need, people step up to help. After the recent fires in Boulder, our CEO put out a fundraising challenge to employees to help out. Not only was this met in less than a day, it was exceeded!
