Our leadership team is clear with their messaging to the company and that is reiterated in our quarterly, companywide meetings.

I value our 8 hours of gives back time to volunteer and 12 hours to participate in Employee Resource Group meetings

Our team is excited about the work, feel like we are contributors to the company culture and are genuinely caring individuals

I think the package is balanced. There is no part that stands out as the best part. It is competitive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our company values a work/life balance and allows those that can do their job from home (or remote) to decide their work location. There is no emphasis to come into the office juat because. Our culture is also very inclusive
