They are loyal, honest, self-starters, and care deeply about each other, our clients, and SWCA.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The servant leadership mentality, respect, acceptance... The absence of borders and bureaucratic barriers when it comes to reaching out to help other team members on projects. How apparent it is that our leadership leads by example.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am passionate about my work and I love what I do... The compensation package is one of the tangible ways SWCA shows their appreciation and respect for what I contribute to the team. Knowing they are appreciated and respected inspires greatness and gives people purpose.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It is an honor to be part of this team. They are professional, humble, intelligent, patient, respectful, communicate, collaborate, helpful, and are compassionate & empathetic towards fellow teammates. We take care of and watch out for each other. Feels more like a family than a group of coworkers
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with make it fun to come to work. Leadership provides clear goals and then turns us loose to accomplish them. The ability to pursue excellence without the burden of micromanagement makes me happy... A well stocked coffee and snack bar at the offices I visit is a close third.. :-D
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They clearly understand the importance of putting their team first and clients second. The fact that they are referred to as a "Leadership" Team and not a "Management" Team was a huge factor for me in choosing to join SWCA... - Lead people and manage things - has always been one of my core beliefs.
