Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I get bored easily, and often switch jobs every few years. I do not see the need to do this at SWCA because when I seek out change I am supported and rewarded. I also appreciate that this is not forced. If I want change, and make a good case, the company finds a way to allow the new challenge.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I've been very impressed with SWCA as a whole. I require constant challenge and variety, and typically get antsy. Right now, I'm feeling the need to mix things up with my career. But for the first time, I think that I can do that within my existing company instead of seeking out new employment.

Fairly priced and good medical benefits for family plan, as well as the perks associated. Baby/pregnancy plans and the childcare FSA are great!

Being productive and working through issues with the team. It's very satisfying. I also appreciate the lack of incentive to work too much. 40 and done!

What are some of the best things about your team?

I can depend on the team, and I can always find support. When I reach out for help, I have NEVER heard 'no'. It's amazing to be provided solutions whenever needed.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I think I constantly do more than I'm compensated for, which is partly who I am. I was disappointed in my recent salary change, but plan to discuss with manager again. I feel I'm not compensated for the BD/big picture work I do for the group.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I received a promotion which came with a raise (not salary adjustment) that I believe doesn't match my worth. My manager makes disproportionately more than I do, and I feel like I do similar amount of work and make a bigger impact in our office. More PTO, more $, and more support to all in group.
