The team I work with is hands down my favorite thing about my job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I do believe SWCA is one of the fastest paced work environments I've experienced. It can be a bit of an adjustment for new staff. That said the fast pace is also what creates variety in your work day/week and keeps people engaged.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the level of transparency and the clear focus on responding to employee feedback. Several of our largest corporate initiatives over the last 3 years have come directly from feedback received in our engagement surveys. It shows a dedication to listening to employees and seeking solutions
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I actually thing the best part is the shift in focus from "sick" time to wellness time. This allows staff to feel more comfortable using that time when they need to. The company also made a huge statement by covering all healthcare for women and extending paid parental leave equally to all parents.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team culture is one of trust and collaboration. It is a true team, people look for ways to support each other and you always know you can find someone to help in a pinch. We also work collaboratively across offices making sure we have the best team for a project regardless of office location.
