SWCA is a great place to work. From day one I had a voice and my contributions were valued. The company has done and continues to do inspiring work in the environmental science industry. SWCA values it's employees and listens and responds to feedback.

Helping others and collaborating with team members to solve problems and improve processes.

Our leadership team gives people a voice and takes action in response to survey responses.

My team is a group of genuine hard workers with great attitudes and team mentality.

Leading and building up my awesome team, and helping people. I also enjoy working for a company I can stand behind and believe in.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company has a commitment to quality and cares about delivering sound science and creative solutions. The founder is still with the company and it shows in the company's commitment to it's people and it's clients.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The ESOP is the best benefit to me, free retirement funded by the company. In addition, our benefits package is so competitive it is cheaper for me to add my partner to our insurance than it is for them to go through their employer.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a large company with a small company feel. The founder is still with the company today. Our company has grown from one person in one office to 1,200 people across 37 offices and counting. SWCA values its people & lives its core values #OneSWCA, #NeverSettle, #AlwaysLearning, and #GivesBack.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The ESOP, it's a retirement benefit that grows with the success of the company and it's completely free to the employee. I also love how our total rewards team continues to look for ways to improve our benefits and add to the offerings. We now have 6 weeks paid parental leave!
