I like the pace and the multiple different types of projects. As soon as I start to get bored then a new challenge comes up to keep me interested.

The people I work with and getting outside.

Like-minded people who work hard and are fun to be around.

Maybe I need to know more about my package. I don't have a best part.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are actively trying to keep to business and industry standards with pay. I feel appreciated.

Always need projects, clients, and new things to learn. I like how we do so many different types of projects.

I think that we all want to help the environment and we all plan a part in that core value.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They are constantly trying to improve them. I like the support and flexibility to attend educational and business development events and conferences.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are approachable and have shown they are willing to listen to new approaches. I only noticed this change in 2020 with Covid.
What makes you most happy at work?
Problem solving and working through issues. Getting my clients the product they wanted and are happy with. Talking to client's, coworkers, and agencies.

We have some fresh new energy that is really making changes. I think we are going to improve by leaps and bounds with this team.

A challenge, the ability to learn new things, and work with a group of like-minded individuals. And I love to help others start on their career paths.

I like that I'm starting to see that they are listening. This was not always happening. I have seen this change over the years. We are on the right path.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We can talk about business and personal things. We care about each others mental health. They have similar views on big issues and are smart and educated. They all want to help us do better.

I like getting to know people for a lot of different backgrounds, I like that we do NR, CR, NEPA, GIS-its brings together a fun group of people. I like that our base is environmental, so most people are a similar mindset. Our team has gotten closer with COVID.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think there are a lot of options for different people so that's good, it's good its not just two plans. Changing sick time to "wellness" was very smart and the emphasis on mental health this year has been nice. I think the ESOP will be a nice benefit when I retire.
