Pay range is under the current market rate for this position by 6k.

The ability to work remote and still have a productive day. I appreciate the flexibility.

It would be nice if SWCA covered weight loss options- nutritionist costs, G1PL medications, or surgeries.

The pay is lower than the city average for the current position especially considering inflation increases.

Everyone's ideas and thoughts of ways to improve the company and the work we complete are valued and considered.

I like the health coverage we provide. Although, I think it would be helpful if we covered nutrition as part of our package.

I love the work I do. I genuinely enjoy connecting with people and getting to learn about them. I feel like I'm making an impact.
