I came from industry side, and while the transition was hard at first, I enjoy working for SWCA and believe they take pride in the people they hire and genuinely want them to succeed. As the company continues to grow, new opportunities are constantly presenting themselves.

Always learning. Most days I learn something new and things are always changing or opportunities are available to learn and grow.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a team, I work primarily with the Rocky Mountain Plains region, but when we need to lean on each other, we make it work and figure it out.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Of the leadership team I have met in person, all have been engaging and take the time to get to know each employee individually and seem to genuinely care about me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on other positions posted online I feel we are on the lower side for pay and our benefits are similar to other companies, so nothing really stands out as above and beyond.
