What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very communicative even between offices. There is a lot of effort to bring everyone together and highlight great work going on. Everyone is incredibly supportive of success and abundantly helpful when you're struggling.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm currently an intern with no additional benefits aside from pay. I have no health insurance because I can't afford it with my current pay rate and insurance is not available for me through the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really appreciate the openness of communication. I think leadership is really good at passing on info about the state of the company and general goings on. I also think they create a relaxed, approachable work atmosphere.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing and Knowing that I'm contributing to ecosystems improving. Being able to learn new things pretty much on a daily basis. being able to step away from something bogging me down to work on a different task or project.
