I really enjoy being a consultant and working through complex permitting strategies
Open Communication, However I do think that our leadership at the director level and below should be attending the Level Up training. Very few people have any training or education in leadership. If you do not have a strong personality and a lack leadership training I do not think you can lead.
I do not likely the limited information on ESOP that is provided by our leadership. With a 401k you I see how mush goes into my account. From there is it easily tracked to show value increase or decrease. SWCA could better show this to employees based on internal stock price, total number of shares,
