They are dedicated to the quality of work we produce, focused on science, and overall a bunch of good people
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if there was more clarity about compensation across the board and if salaries were more compatible to the industry. We are not competitive enough when it comes to compensation and acquiring talent.
