The people I work with are excellent. Not only are they leaders in their field with an immense wealth of knowledge they are eager to share, but they are also kind people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We actively seek to on-board genuinely good people. We don't have large ego that seek to compete one another. Everyone supports each other and actively works to ensure that everybody succeeds with the personal and professional goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They genuinely care about the workforce that supports SWCA. While corporate metrics are important, SWCA leadership continues to go to great lengths to ensure everyone is successful in their own goals, feels adequately challenged, appropriately supported, and actively engaged.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Professional and personal support. We are continually encouraged to pursue work that keeps us interested and engaged. SWCA encourages everyone to expand and hone their skill sets and to continue learning. Leaders are genuinely concerned with the well-being and success of their direct reports.
