Direct compensation is an issue; however, i also believe these fields are incorrectly valued in the marketplace and think that a shift will occur in the near future which will hopefully trickle down to the employees. With that said my time here has been great and I look forward to growing our team.

I believe i take on more work than my position and am not adequately compensated for that effort.

the people (coworkers) and office level directors and team leads are wonderful, hardworking, and a genuine pleasure to work with.

I believe corporate overstandardization of roles and pay scales hurt smaller offices where employees must complete the job description of multiple people

Hard workers and each have a fair assessment of what they are required to do and the compensation and requirements of these roles

We are a tight knit CR team and we always have a good time and get stuff done when we are out in the field
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a fulltime employee I qualify for affordable housing as I do not make the states determined living wage. I believe SWCA does not do enough to adjust compensation for the markets in which people need to live, especially those who do not have the benefit of working remote because of job obligations
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have grown our small CR team from nothing to a competitor in our region. Being a significant part of that has been amazing and one of my favorite things to witness and be a part of career wise. I look forward to working with my team daily and believe there is no problem we cant solve.
