SWCA attracts and keeps the best. I genuinely love all of the people I work with on a daily basis.

Interacting with all the extremely qualified and capable staff. And being able to deliver for our clients, most of whom I really enjoy working for and with.

I think SWCA is really good about retaining intelligent and capable staff. That allows me to put supreme trust in the people I work with on a daily basis.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I get the sense that the executive team really cares about its employees. I am regularly surprised but appreciative of the new programs being rolled out that consider the special needs of the company's diverse workforce. And it feels good to know that all walks of life are valued at SWCA.
