What makes you most happy at work?

My team and the opportunity to solve problems.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Earning ESOP shares and knowing we're working for ourselves

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

SWCA as a whole is doing a great job of walking its talk.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Critical thinkers, problem solvers, dedicated to the core values of NeverSettle and AlwaysLearning, good natured, fun, supportive of each other, the ultimate team players by quietly supporting the company and getting little credit for it.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Comparability across groups so that internal organization and opportunities for individual growth are more similar. Comparability across the three regions, which seem more independent than similar. This confuses the OneSWCA message and makes it hard for staff to know expectations.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We have gross internal pay inequities (same pay at Project III as at Lead III). New employees are commanding $10,000 - $15,000 more than existing employees with no solution being pursued. Adequate and unambiguous analysis and discussion would make me feel better. Talk to me and ask me questions.
