Their positive and approachable nature. You can tell they actually want to help you discover the solutions not just because they are obligated because of a job

I love the wellness/sick days. Being able to focus on your own personal health is something that can be put on the way side too often in modern day life
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We hire people that share a passion for the work. We all love what we do and because of that, we have all strive to work towards the same goal and connect with our fellow peers
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are compassionate and watch out for one another. When we are hectic with project work and there's a need to work level- there's no hesitation to reach out to your peer and find the solutions that work best for the team.
What makes you most happy at work?
The challenge. I'm #AlwaysLearning at SWCA and in doing that, every day is different. I welcome these challenges as it excites me to tackle them. Even if there are some days where I'd like fewer challenges ;) I would not have the same passion without them
