It feels like I'm part of a group of people that are all working very hard to do the best job possible for each other - there is a commitment to our values, mission, and culture that I feel in interactions with my colleagues every day.

leave benefits are pretty darn good for a U.S. company

everyone supports each other - a question asked is a question answered.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

the company feels hopeful - like we're moving in a positive direction

What do you like best about the leadership team?

clear, organized, coordinated communication; also they are very approachable and easy to talk to

they are dedicated, passionate, good communicators, listen to each other, and respect each other

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

everyone is working to improve things - we see problems and we find solutions.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

they don't seem to be doing an infighting amongst themselves - they present a united team, which helps with confidence in the company

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

compensation is barely at target for my industry and level, i also think doing bare minimum benefits does not count as valuing employees

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

stress! too much stress! We have demanding roles and i don't feel we get enough decompression time or support in managing our stress. I would like to see a companywide stress management plan and program.
