I've seen so many positive changes over the last decade. We're talking leaps forward. There has been a lot of times of struggle, but I've always said I wouldn't want to leave because I could not get this type of work environment and experience anywhere else.

Its affordable and I can get the same great benefits even though I'm only half-time (this has seriously saved my family)
What makes you most happy at work?
Doing a job I love, being compensated fairly for it, and knowing that most everyone at SWCA is dedicated to making this a great place to work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very positive, even when we're all stressed to the max. Everyone helps one another and there's never a feeling of isolation, even though no one is in the office anymore.
