They are engaged and knowledgeable, people come together to help each other out and use their strengths to help us all succeed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They will listen to you and try to put you in positions of success and areas of the industry you are interested in.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would help to be able to negotiate raises or slight increases in hourly wages per year (to compensate for cost of living) more often.
