The leadership team at SWCA are easy to work with, always available to talk, and are deeply invested in improving company culture, work/life balance and adding value to the work we do as employees. There is a strong family-culture at SWCA that is unmatched anywhere else.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is a passion for working hard and doing the best work possible while being respectful to one another and never forgetting to have fun with a sense of humor that is awesome about our team. And this same fun and passion transfers to external Client/Project work as well.
