I am happy with SWCA, I see some things we need to improve, but in the current political climate we would be best served by surviving this downturn in economic and social perception of the important of the climate and be ready to fill in the available market spaces as they emerge.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That I do not have to think much about it.

The job we do to protect the environment as well as industry.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Frequent communication with the entire company, openness to feedback, and availability of the team to discuss any issue.
What makes you most happy at work?
Inventing new processes, interacting with new clients, and getting the job done in a timely manner that I am comfortable with.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is doing the best they can with the limited resources we are able to muster. We work together to get the job done, but we could be supported better with equipment and administrative support.
