SWCA has high standards for quality assurance, professionalism, and scientific leadership. The culture is inclusive and welcoming.
What makes you most happy at work?
I wish I had to ability to work on and pursue more projects that more closely align with me and my team's interests and skill sets since we are most engaged and do our best work on such projects.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like many staff are not compensated fairly for going above and beyond their expected duties, especially salaried staff taking on heavier workloads or longer hours. I have not noticed any new significant improvements to existing benefits since starting with SWCA.
