The pay and benefits are great, however there has been a lack of learning and growth in my position. My future with the company is unclear and I have struggled at times to maintain 40 hours a week

Health coverage costs are good
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Ensuring that project level employees have enough hours to remain full time since we can not work outside of the company
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I have noticed a trend toward employees at the field level matter the position not respecting other peoples opinions or approaches
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Its largely making sure full time employees have at least 40 hours and do not have to use pto to cover their hours to ensure 40.
