The ESOP is directly reflective of the effort we put into our projects. Our accelerated vacation accrual is also exceptional.

We're all employee owners so everyone's invested in everyone else's outcome. Everyone is willing to step in and help out.

The culture is about culture. The company tries hard to make sure we're a place where everyone is included and feels happy to be here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our salaries (specifically for planners) are below comparable positions of our competitors. Health insurance is good, but doesn't cover as much compared to other plans.

We're all working towards the same goal and the company invests a lot of time in leaders so that teams can communicate and work together effectively.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My team and my office are all similar in our interests, preferences, and personalities and we all get along well and work well together, and have fun doing it.
