Everyone is very engaged with one another and very communicative. I appreciate that because communication is extremely important to be successful.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being busy and learning new things. I love digging into the research involved in a project and finding information needed to complete a project.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is friendly and helpful, and interactions are very genuine. SWCA also back up what they say. If they say they care about a person's mental health, the MEAN it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am still very new here, but I like the fact that my management team takes the time to ensure that I understand the work and the processes involved in meeting the mission.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am glad I get to explain my response. I am new to SWCA, and took a pay cut to come here, but I have discovered that SWCA's pay is lower than average. That is fine right now because I am still learning. I want to see how the bonus situation pays out because it may bring me to my previous pay.
