Working with an engaged and responsive team on projects with clearly defined objectives, and getting feedback from SMEs and PMs.

1) Not voting to terminate employees with 30 years of tenure during chemotherapy; 2) Stop promoting AI without extra training about its dangers, and drawbacks.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The company is loyal to employees, even to the extent that some who don't perform as well as their pay grade reflects are tolerated, maintained, or even advanced, and there are generally good opportunities for professional development and competitive benefits.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

During a lateral position move I was informed that I'd been at the bottom of the wage range for my original title, and my own supervisor revealed that when moving to the new title in a different department, that director and VP wanted to offer me MORE but supervisor refused.
