My co-workers are great. Work-life balance is great. The culture being promoted by the C-suite people is great, but middle-management is not good in my area (there are some VPs that are really great in other areas)...I think the wrong people were put in those positions.

What makes you most happy at work?
Doing work that is valued. Collaborating with other great workers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation is just low for my profession. But maybe SWCA just cannot afford more.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are not and the pace not not stress people out. SWCA encourages true vacation time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My co-workers are very hard working, creative and very nice. I truly enjoy the workers below Director level.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are nice people who want to create a nice workplace. The CEO is clearly growing the business so that is very good. Mid-management (Directors and VPs) are not impressive and are not leaders. I am largely doing my Director's job.
