What do you like best about the leadership team?
Across multiple managers, in multiple roles, in multiple departments, my managers have always cared about me as a human being, just as much as they've cared about my success in the role(s). It's refreshing to work for a company that encourages such a holistic approach to employee management.

I appreciate the the accrual for PTO increases year over year at a quick rate.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't know that I necessarily feel undervalued at Sweetwater. I think I am valued, as a person, but I think Sweetwater is notorious for underpaying employees.

Equity across the team. It's known that other folks/peers on the same team can have a $20-30k difference in pay (not including leadership)

The people! The team I'm currently on is easily the most cohesive I've ever been a part of, professionally.

As stated before, the people! Additionally, Sweetwater being an audio retailer, aligns with my passion for music & audio.
