I think annual raises (contingent on performance, of course) would be helpful. I actually like the fact that we don't have a structured feedback/performance process and just get feedback as we deem appropriate/natural, but I think the opportunity for an annual raise would be very helpful.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The tone at the top and knowing we have a CEO and execs that care about us as people. They are constantly pushing employees to take care of themselves in the belief that high quality work follows.
