What is the best part about your compensation package?
They pay based on your experience and job, and not based on where you are living. I find this to be a huge shift from prior employers.

It feels so strange to say, but I am truly excited each morning to get to work. I am working at a company that I truly believe in, and am also doing work that not only is stimulating and challenging, but I would consider extremely fun. I love the work I do, and the people I do it with.
