They are proactive and decisive.

SM leadership seem open to ideas or processes if change is needed. They seem to care for their people. They understand the reality of the challenges, they push for results but understand the difficulties facing the people doing the day to day.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am newish and they do not make you wait for 5 years to have decent time off.

combination - quality of life and fair market value. Provided a good schedule with reasonable holiday/sick/vacation along with pay scale seems in line with industry. Insurance is pretty good from the short term i have had it.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The people on my team that have been here for a few years are smart and everyone is respectful. My trainers have been incredible teachers. My Supervisor is a hard worker, kind and very pleasant. The Supervisors around me are very good and I enjoy interacting with all of them.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
"Diversity Programs" are the definition of systemic discrimination. Instead of having programs to hire more minority employees, or more women, how about programs that hire the best people, regardless of demographics?

Mentorship programs to those whose career paths were stifled by old generational thinking. Look in your Admin pool for some brilliant minds who have been shut out or not allowed a seat at the table because they didn't have male attributes.
