What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Get with the times of today's workforce. Today's workforce is hybrid or offers some work from home options to assist with work life balance. Textron is seriously lacking with assisting with work life balance options for employees.

I think in this day in age, for a company as large as Textron, benefits need to be reviewed and improved. As an early career professional, I see a lot of my peers leaving for companies that offer better salary, benefits, and more flexible working conditions. I do appreciate the flexibility of 9/80.

I dont feel that I am undervalued, we are getting closer to the right salary point. I took a large cut to come here and don't regret it one bit. Great company and I love working here!

Wage increases to match the current economy and cost of living. When you pick up more work, compensation should reflect appropriately.

Employees are paid just inline with the median but are asked to do drastically more. Its not the case at every business unit, but most are stingy with pay given how successful the company is.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Wrong is the inflexibility of hybrid work options. It can be improved by the company getting more on board with allowing more hybrid/work from home schedules and options which in turn will improve loyalty, mental health, and overall employee satisfaction.
