Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation is below average for industry and area. Staffing is minimum resulting in 50-60 hour work weeks that barely at a reasonable pay at 40-45. Fix this.

Most middle-aged employees were laid off, so the gap between experienced professionals and new hires is extremely noticeable. This company will crash if they keep forcing out experienced professionals and refusing to hire outside talent.

was straightforward, questions were related to my area of study and where I wanted to work @ TEXTRON, got an answer and an offer quickly!
