What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that our leadership team is involved and takes interest in every associate, putting the Home Depot values first.

At Home Depot you can start at as cashier but end up a Sr. Manger or Director or above. The opportunities are endless and the Leadership team is an example of that.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I think more than anything management needs to manage gossip better. I believe it's possible to implement a more respectful, uplifting culture. For the most part tHD is family oriented. It's difficult for 150-200 coworkers to all like each other.

Leadership is always asking "Is that the right decision for the associate" in order to ensure that associates are treated fairly and taken care of.
