Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the upper management has absolutely no idea what is going on, they are so far removed and don't seem to care how people are treated. \n

the compensation is very opaque and people that came in early make far less than people hired now and there is no move to make it equitable

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Amazing benifits such as partially paid lunches, free transportation service, updated company based meeting which includes all employees. Actual CEO visits from Julie herself.
