What is the best part about your compensation package?
I can't really pinpoint one specific thing that I like best about my compensation package and benefits. All the benefits we receive here at TA are amazing.

Bonuses and rewards when we're performing well as a team. It's an overall great package (more than competitive), but what puts it over the top are the surprising extras like employee gifts and celebrations--and the additional time off over the holidays.

Salary, benefits and perks. Only negative is our PTO policy. For those who don't have enough backup to take vacation, I wish they would just pay out any left over PTO

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture at TA is very inviting and inclusive of everyone. We all respect each other, work hard for each other and look out for each other.
