The people who work at my store are great and deserve to be compensated for the amount of work and effort put into the job. As a manager, i was being paid under $10/hour. I was working 40-45 hours a week at PARTTIME. My manager made sure to exile us from parts of the store if she felt we were out performing her. I was taken advantage of MULTIPLE times.

My coworkers need to improve communication, teamwork and organization. No one should be treated like a maid. The environment is very toxic because a majority of them will undermine, gossip, and isolate you. Even though it varies by location, I would not work here(no training and toxic environment)
