What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is always available, honoring our open door policy, however they're not always open to feedback or team work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our benefits focus on operations and often overlook support areas, I can understand where the priority lies when it comes to revenue and ROI, however, as company we need to re-think how to have a holistic approach to benefits & compensations if we want to keep our top talents.
