I enjoy it on the most part, especially the people I work with. The pay and benefits are not in line with industry standard and does not offer sufficient reward for delivering performance and handling the stress/demands of the role.

Better rewards package, better support with clients and their expectations of what we can deliver.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Proper perks such as shares, quarterly/yearly bonus structure to reward Ops delivery of SLA's, private health care and better salary.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are engaging and make time to speak to us at least monthly, cancellation of meetings is rare which is a good thing from an Exec team.
