My team are amazing! Always there to offer a help in hand - never afraid to ask any questions as I know everyone will be welcoming with an answer.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Less working from home and more time back at the office. Hybrid working would be ideal! Socialising again is what we are missing - it's hard to build up staff morale when everyone is working from home.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My team is the best and the work we do has a big impact on Teleperformance as a whole. Making people smile and have a laugh is what we aim to do and I feel like we're doing that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel most other companies in our line of business pay a far better wage for what you do. I work extremely hard everyday, but feel like is it all worth it? When I could get much more money in a less strenuous position elsewhere. A better wage would make me feel most satisfied/motivated to do better
