No company is perfect as such there was pain along the way. Overall, I wouldn't be with Teleperformance 20 years if I was not genuinely happy; I didnt feel valued and values werent aligned.

I have been with Teleperformance over 20 years and do not see any reason to leave. The grass on the other side is only greener because we are busy looking at it that we are unable to not look after the grass on our side.

There are few company provided benefits that form part of the full package. HMO is the most appreciated at this point
