I love the work that I do, what the company stands for, and the people that I work with. Overall, Teleperformance is an amazing place to work. Like anywhere, it has its cons, but the pros outweigh those cons.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I started TP as a job, and found a career. I started with co-workers and found friends and extended family. I started with a temporary place in mind and found a home. I care about this company and I know that my leaders care about me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work as a collective vs. in silo.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're all very passionate about the work that we do.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work that I am able to do within out DEI groups.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My current boss finally ensured that I was at market value for the position that I hold.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We put a heavy focus on DE&I and not just with words, but with actions. We walk our talk and really put our people first.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Again, I think it lies with the passionate. Everyone at TP is passionate about we do and we forge ahead to create a great work environment for everyone.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team truly cares about us as people before they care about us as employees. They put out physical and mental well-being above all else and that is important.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working on DE&I and bettering the work environment for our frontline, networking and learning from our leadership, and finding things in my role to improve that betters the employee experience.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are very inclusive and I feel that I can connect with Executive Leadership the same that I do the front line. No one here is treated differently based on the role they play.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make comparably less compared to the market value for the work that I do in my role, and I also do a ton of work outside my role because I'm passionate about our values and believe in things we as a company put out there. I don't feel I am paid for the workload that I handle.
