The acceptance of all people and want to be a leader of change.

The pay is great. The bonus structure for TP needs work on all levels.

The effort being put into being a company that is not just focused on the bottomline but the impact they have on the employees. Being change leaders.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company bonus structure is old and extremely difficult to hit. It is a demotivator and just needs to be reworked to drive the performance we want.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positive is that we working and trying to change it. The power in place is not equitable. Today we are moving in that direction and that is progress in the right direction
What makes you most happy at work?
Being a catalyst of change makes me happy. The human in me does not wake up every morning and say, WHOO HOO I get to work for a living and make someone else rich. But the I do wake up knowing I can make a diff and that is what drives me daily.
