Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Comparing my annual salary to the same position posted within other companies on job search engines such as Indeed or Glassdoor, I am paid approximately 50% less and that includes overtime I currently work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
A standard accountability for those supporting my projects needs to be enforced and direct support from all front-line leadership is requested and not enforced as their direct reports don't value the importance of the ask.
