Pay package is not as per the market standards or role or performance. Salary should at least meet the basic market standards of the deaignation

I should be paid basis my designation for which we should have set brackets so its fair among all in the same designation. Additionally, good performance / promotions should have good compensations as a key to better , motivated productivity. Also, cost of living should be considered.
