What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I am very thankful to see TP become more and more vocal about inclusivity with cultures, sexualities, and genders.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We have an openness with each other and a comfort level that when we are all on calls together, it's like seeing family.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued based on the pay range of my position and with the benefits. It feels like we should have a higher regard to work than our lives. The work/life balance does not seem important, especially when we are capped off on vacation days when other companies start on our cut off amount.
