They do a good job of soliciting feedback and actively working to try and improve the business overall

Great group of people that truly care about their work and helping me continue to grow in the company

My team - ability to feel accomplished at the end of the day. Working towards something that is meaningful

Wonderful sense of family within our team. We support one another in all endeavors and have a great sense of teamwork and camaraderie
What are some of the best things about your team?
Teamwork! And tenure - a team becomes more solid the longer they work with one another. Often, TP has moves all over the place not allowing that to happen within teams.
